Before contacting support

Please include the version of SM RSS Reader you are using.

Mac

Choose SM RSS Reader → About SM RSS Reader.

iPhone and iPad

Open Settings → About inside SM RSS Reader.

iCloud Sync

iCloud Sync can synchronize feeds, folders, read/starred status, and selected reading preferences between devices signed into the same iCloud account.

Each device refreshes feeds and downloads articles independently, so article inventories and refresh timestamps may temporarily differ between devices.

Feed problems

If a feed is not updating, try refreshing it again and verify that the source is still available in a web browser.

OPML

SM RSS Reader supports OPML for moving feed subscriptions into or out of the app.

Suggestions are welcome. The app is actively developed because I use it myself and want it to keep getting better.
